Meet Dr. Shawn Todd
Shawn P. Todd, D.O.
Shawn Todd, D.O., received his medical degree from University of North Texas Health Science Center and completed his residency in urological surgery at Michigan State University where he was trained in robotics and minimally invasive surgery. Upon graduation, he fulfilled his life long dream of working with his dad, Dr. Jansen Todd, by building Texas Urological Clinic next to his dad’s clinic, Family Medical Clinic. In his urological clinic, Dr. Todd cares for general urological disorders as well as cancers of the bladder, kidney, prostate, and testicle. He is an expert in mens health care, such as erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, and premature ejaculation and he helps women manage hormonal issues, overactive bladder and incontinence issues. He has a true passion for helping men and women alike to regain and substantially improve their sexual health.
While Dr. Todd true passion is in the field of urological surgery, he wondered if he could provide his patients quality of life improvements without invasive surgery and extended recovery. Through diligent research, studying different therapies, and a few calls from patients searching for a provider in the area, he found BioTE Hormone Replacement Therapy. He was so impressed with the caliber of products that he added BioTE Pellet Therapy to his list of services in March 2015. BioTE HRT improved patients quality of life so much, they began to ask how they could make their outward appearance match the youthfulness they were feeling on the inside.
Dr. Todd has a special interest in improving the sexual health of both men and women through non-invasive procedures and hormone replacement. His advanced trainings and certifications include BioTE Hormone Replacement Therapy, Diva Vaginal Rejuvenation, PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) Therapies, including the P-Shot for men and O-Shot for women, and Botox and Filler Injections. He is a firm believer that you don’t have to travel to the “big city” to receive the the latest and greatest treatments and he has made it his mission to provide state of the art care in his home town.
